The Customer Success team partners with key customers to create a seamless and engaging Metaview experience, driving retention and growth.

This is a high-leverage role at the intersection of Customers, Product, and Sales. You'll serve as the connective tissue between customers and internal teams—shaping how we deliver value while helping evolve the product through deep customer insights.

As both product specialist and market expert, you'll help customers unlock efficiency and achieve meaningful outcomes as they integrate AI into their hiring workflows.

You'll work at the cutting edge of AI adoption, collaborating with forward-thinking teams and optimizing how AI enhances real-world processes to fundamentally transform how hiring gets done.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their goals and driving success through strategic thinking and product expertise.

  • Creating and refining scalable playbooks that maximize customer value, and drive retention and growth.

  • Taking a proactive, hands-on approach to guide customers through key milestones—onboarding, adoption, risk management, and renewals.

  • Analyzing product usage and account health metrics to guide prioritization and outreach.

  • Serving as a trusted advisor and AI thought leader by sharing best practices and helping customers unlock Metaview's full potential.

  • Advocating for customers internally by providing data-driven insights that shape our Product and Sales strategies.

You
  • 3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or fast-paced, customer-facing roles at high-growth B2B startups.

  • Strong academic foundation and analytical thinking.

  • Proven ability to engage with both executive stakeholders and operational end users, understanding their different needs and success metrics.

  • Strategic, data-driven, and relentlessly curious.

  • A natural communicator who can distill complex ideas simply and clearly.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by experimentation. Test, learn, adapt.
