Job Summary

The AI Transformation Strategist plays a key role in identifying and implementing business process improvements using existing AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), low-code platforms, and automation tools. This hybrid role—part strategist, part hands-on builder, and part advisor—involves working with internal teams and clients to audit operations, design AI-powered workflows, and deploy intelligent agents that enhance efficiency and impact. Rather than building models from scratch, the focus is on leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Claude, LangChain, Make, and Zapier, with enough technical understanding to guide implementations and collaborate with developers effectively.

• Proven experience deploying AI-based tools (e.g., LLMs, workflow automations, knowledge agents) in real business environments.

• Proficiency with platforms like Make, Zapier, Notion, or similar low-code tools for integration and orchestration.

• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and ability to fine-tune behavior via prompt engineering, embeddings, or configuration.

• Demonstrated ability to audit business processes and identify areas for AI-led improvement.

• Comfortable engaging with both business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and drive solutions.

• Basic technical fluency in API usage, Postman, or scripting for prototyping.

• Prior consulting experience, particularly with client-facing solution design or operational transformation projects.

• Familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI) or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).

• Experience with AI-driven knowledge management (e.g., internal copilots, support agents, contextual document retrieval).

• Exposure to industries like professional services, SaaS, or digital operations where AI can drive measurable process gains.
