What We're Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Creative to lead and elevate our creative direction across copy, design, and content. Reporting to the Creative & Operations Director, you’ll build and manage a multidisciplinary team of copywriters and designers, setting the standard for Welltech’s creative quality, tone of voice, and visual storytelling across performance and brand marketing.

You’ll be responsible for defining and driving creative strategy across our portfolio — ensuring every asset is aligned with business goals and resonates deeply with our global audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of designers, writers, and art directors to deliver world-class creative across paid and owned channels (ads, reels, UGC, YouTube shorts, TikTok, CRM, and more).

• Own Welltech’s creative voice and visual identity — and push it forward with consistency and innovation.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to transform strategic goals and user insights into compelling creative concepts.

• Present and advocate for creative work across stakeholder groups with clarity and confidence.

• Lead the development of templates, guidelines, and scalable creative systems to support global growth.

• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, ensuring Welltech stands out in a competitive category.

• Support and enable production teams by ensuring they have everything they need to deliver at scale.

• Balance creativity with data — using insights and results to refine and evolve your team’s output.

Required skills

• A standout portfolio that showcases integrated campaigns, storytelling, and performance-driven design.

• Proven leadership in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• Strong visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inspire, align, and lead across teams.

• A deep understanding of brand, product, and performance marketing.

• Experience working in consumer lifestyle, wellness, or tech brands preferred.

• Bonus: Skills in motion design or video storytelling.
