• Architect and implement the CompanyOS: a cross-functional multi-agent system that automates workflows across Tech, Product, Ops, Finance, and HR

• Design agent communication protocols using Redis Streams, pub/sub, or orchestration frameworks like LangGraph

• Build agents that self-organize: plan tasks, delegate subtasks, adapt workflows, and learn over time

• Implement persistent memory and context awareness so each agent understands long-term goals and interactions

• Enable task auditing, failure recovery, and cross-agent coordination at scale

• Optimize for extensibility and modularity so new departments, tools, and workflows plug in seamlessly

You’ll lead the foundation of a deeply intelligent coordination layer across an entire company:

• Design a system where agents collaborate, not just execute; sharing intent, context, and task ownership

• Build a reusable architecture that supports multi-step, multi-agent workflows with visibility and logging

• Implement memory features that help agents recall past tasks, organizational goals, and role-specific nuances

• Create fallback logic when agent plans fail. Gracefully reassign, retry, or escalate

• Continuously improve agent behavior via feedback loops and workflow optimization

• Agent Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, custom orchestration logic

• Infrastructure: Python, Redis Streams, event buses, Docker, Postgres

• Memory: Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase, custom memory layers

• Voice (bonus): Whisper, Google Speech-to-Text, Twilio

• Have 5+ years of backend or systems engineering experience, especially with AI/LLM systems

• Have built or deployed multi-agent workflows that go beyond basic automation

• Are fluent in Python and familiar with frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph

• Understand how to build resilient, auditable systems that span business functions

• Are excited by the idea of agents that think, coordinate, and improve not just execute

• Bonus: you’ve worked on voice-enabled systems or conversational AI platforms
