This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM New York time (1-hour unpaid break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial strategy, planning, and analysis for the firm.
- Drive accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling across multiple entities.
- Manage financial reporting, ensuring timely monthly and quarterly close processes.
- Oversee cash flow management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable operations.
- Support M&A activities including due diligence, financial valuation, and post-merger integration.
- Partner with executive leadership to assess financial performance and implement strategic plans.
- Optimize internal controls and financial systems for scalability and accuracy.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, ideally for a U.S.-based accounting or professional services firm.
- Strong background infinancial forecasting, budgeting, M&A, and full-cycle accounting operations.
- Expertise in managingaccounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial software systems and reporting tools (QuickBooks, and QuickBooks online
- Excellent command of English and ability to collaborate across time zones.
- CPA, MBA or equivalent financial qualification is highly desirable
