Full-Time W2 OB/GYN | Telehealth

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

At Allara, we're on a mission to revolutionize women's healthcare by providing expert, non-judgmental care that goes beyond the basics.

We're committed to making high-quality, specialized healthcare accessible to women throughout their lives, delivering the validating and solutions-oriented experience that women deserve but haven't been getting - until now.

About the Role

We’re looking for board-certified Gynecologists to help provide full-time comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic hormonal and metabolic conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of care.
  • Complete training and adhere to company policies and best practices.
  • Promote preventative care and overall well-being through education and evidence-based strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Provide full-time patient care through consultations, including the prescription of medications when appropriate and the delivery of comprehensive medical guidance. Responsibilities also include charting, addressing patient inquiries, and responding to administrative tasks and messages in a timely manner.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Required Medical License: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Required Certification: Board certification in Gynecology
  • Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Gynecologist specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, Metabolic Syndrome, Perimenopause/Menopause, Fertility, Obesity, and other hormonally related conditions.
  • Independence: Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and compassion.
  • Webside Manner: Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care.
  • Commitment to Evidence-Based Care: Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research.
  • Technical Proficiency: High level of proficiency and efficiency with technology (proficient in tools such as EMR, text expanders, Gmail/Google Suite, Zoom, etc)
  • Telemedicine: Experience is a plus!
  • Location: Must reside in the United States

State Licensing Requirements:

  • Active, unrestricted, unencumbered Medical license with prescriptive authority as an OB/GYN.
  • A minimum of 5 active state licenses.
  • 2 active states in California, Florida, Georgia, New York, or Texas.

Will consider less than 5 active state licenses with an active IMLC license +, and a willingness to obtain additional IMLC state licenses.

Allara has expanded care to all 50 states and is actively partnering with additional payers to broaden patient access. As our coverage grows, our state licensing needs will fluctuate. We collect all active state licenses in our application process, and if we do not have an immediate need for your specific licenses, we can easily revisit opportunities in the future if your experience aligns.

What Allara Offers

  • Annual base salary: $200,000 in addition to incentive compensation
  • 100% Remote: Work from anywhere in the US.
