• Design and implement high-performance trading engine components.
• Develop and optimize order matching, risk management, and market data processing systems.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and low latency.
• Collaborate with quantitative analysts, traders, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and documentation for robust deployment.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in trading systems.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing trading engines or low-latency trading systems.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in C++ or .Net.
• Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of networking, multithreading, and concurrency.
• Familiarity with FIX protocol, market data feeds, and order management systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Understanding of financial regulations and risk management principles.
