Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote General Education Teacher to provide exceptional support to English Language Learners (ELL) from Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade in the upcoming academic year. This position allows for the flexibility of remote work while enabling you to make a significant impact on student success... Key Responsibilities  Deliver engaging and interactive virtual instruction tailored to the needs of English Language Learners.  Create a nurturing and supportive online learning environment that promotes both language acquisition and academic achievement.  Collaborate with fellow educators and families to identify and address individual student needs, ensuring optimal learning outcomes.  Additional specifics regarding responsibilities will be shared during the interview process. Required Skills  Strong virtual teaching capabilities.  Ability to cultivate a supportive learning atmosphere.  Collaborative mindset to work effectively with educational staff and families.  Knowledge of strategies for language development. Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.  Current Teaching License/Certification in Tennessee.  Required English as a Second Language (ESL) PK-12 Certification.  Prior experience within educational settings is preferred but not mandatory.
