Live Chat Agent - REMOTE (Part-Time & Full-Time)Job Overview Mamaroneck Union Free School District is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our online community, providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities  Respond to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to our online community.  Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.  Utilize knowledge of our products and services to address customer questions and provide solutions.  Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed.  Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality metrics.  Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services. Qualifications  Entry-level candidates with a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.  High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.  Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.  Proficiency in using a computer, internet, and live chat software.
