In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities • Greet clients and answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. • Address client inquiries and provide accurate information about services and policies. • Assist clients in completing forms and documentation related to insurance or tax matters. • Maintain client records by accurately inputting and updating information in the database. • Resolve client concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate team member for resolution. • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the office team.
