Job Description: Wipro is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Help Desk Worker to join our remote team. As a Help Desk Worker, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support and assistance to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities: Respond to client inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, guiding clients through solutions and resolutions. Document and track all client interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a positive rapport. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product knowledge to better assist clients. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory): Previous experience in a help desk or IT support role.
