Engage with customers, provide insightful responses, and contribute to a supportive buying journey—all from the comfort of your... home. What You Will Do: Log in to the live chat portal each morning and engage with customers, addressing their questions and guiding them through their purchase decisions. Utilize the live chat software’s features to efficiently respond to common inquiries and collaborate with a chat supervisor for more complex questions. Complete a concise training program (1–2 hours) to familiarize yourself with the tools and processes before starting your role. Rate: $35 per hour, depending on experience and performance. Requirements: Access to a device with internet connectivity to use chat and email functions (phone, tablet, laptop). Ability to work independently, adhere to instructions, and maintain a consistent work schedule. Availability for 5 to 40 hours per week. Weekly Hours: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours based on your availability. Location: Fully remote, open to candidates in the United States, with a preference for immediate starters.
