You will play a critical role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between clients and various departments within the company. This position requires someone with strong emotional intelligence, a knack for innovative problem-solving, and the ability to handle challenging situations with resilience. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Provide timely and professional support to customers via live chat, addressing a range of inquiries and issues related to products, services, and company policies. - Maintain a high level of expertise in ADM’s offerings, enabling efficient and accurate responses to customer queries. - Troubleshoot customer issues promptly and effectively, utilizing innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams, such as product management and customer service, to escalate and resolve complex issues that may arise during chats. - Document customer interactions carefully, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, to ensure accurate records and facilitate future follow-up. - Monitor and analyze chat performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance efficiency and customer experience. - Stay up-to-date with ADM’s products, services, and market trends to provide informed support and advice to clients. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to advance your skills and knowledge in customer engagement best practices. - Create and maintain FAQs and knowledge base articles to assist customers and improve the efficiency of chat responses. - Actively participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance chat service offerings and customer experience. • *Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a live chat environment. - Proven ability to demonstrate resilience in high-pressure situations and provide resourceful solutions to customer problems. - Strong emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues effectively. - Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely in a chat format. - Innovative thinking capabilities, with a track record of contributing creative solutions to enhance customer experience. - Proficiency in CRM software and live chat tools; experience with Zendesk or similar platforms is a plus. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks. - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. • *Benefits:** - Travel opportunities to industry events and customer locations. - Reimbursement for travel and other work-related expenses. - Paid Time Off (PTO) for personal time and holidays. - A supportive work environment that encourages curiosity and innovation. • *Equal Opportunity Statement:** Archer Daniels Midland is an equal opportunity employer.
