This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and support a range of HR consulting functions, including employee relations, policy implementation, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: HR Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals. Employee Relations: Support the team in addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment. Organizational Development: Assist in analyzing and improving organizational structures and processes for increased efficiency. Recruitment Support: Provide support in recruitment activities, including candidate screening and scheduling interviews. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights for strategic decision-making. Compliance Support: Ensure HR practices align with legal requirements and company policies. Training & Development: Help coordinate and support training sessions and employee development initiatives. Performance Management: Assist in tracking employee performance metrics and supporting appraisal processes. Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Reporting: Prepare HR reports and support in creating presentations for management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
