Yumlish in Dallas, TX is looking for a Remote Email Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance through email communication. Responsibilities  Promptly responding to customer emails  Troubleshooting problems  Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams  Maintaining accurate records of interactions.
