As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company, helping customers with inquiries related to their travel plans, flight bookings, and any issues they may face during their journey. Your responsibilities will include answering a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while providing timely and accurate information. Requirements – High school diploma or equivalent. – Previous customer service experience preferred. – Strong verbal and written communication skills. – Proficiency in using computers and customer service software. – Availability to work part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. – Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask. – Positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities – Provide outstanding customer service to our passengers through various communication channels. – Manage a high volume of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. – Assist customers with booking flights and making modifications to existing reservations. – Resolve issues and concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. – Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system. – Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery. – Stay updated on airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information.
