We are seeking Freelance Social Listening Data Specialists to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring clean, actionable datasets. You will refine search queries, maintain dashboards, and optimise workflows to enable exceptional insights for our clients. This role offers flexible, project-based assignments with remote working arrangements. As a Freelance Social Listening Data Specialist, you will: • Write and refine advanced Boolean queries to deliver noise-free datasets aligned with specific business goals. • Configure, maintain and enhance advanced dashboards in social listening platforms to optimise data visualisation and client reporting. • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and organisation of social media data pipelines. • Design and implement subqueries, filters, and tags for effective categorisation and segmentation. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within social listening platforms to improve workflow efficiency. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data outputs align with broader insights and strategic objectives. • Stay informed on the latest tools and feature updates, sharing best practices with the team. Essential Skills: • Expertise in writing complex Boolean queries for social listening platforms. • Proven experience configuring and maintaining dashboards with exceptional attention to detail. • Experience in transitioning advanced listening set ups and configuration between tools. • Strong proficiency in managing large datasets and operational workflows with a "data-first" mindset. • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Deep understanding of social media platforms and their unique communication styles. • Independent, reliable, and capable of managing multiple projects with accountability.
