Position: Tier III NOC Technician (3rd shift) Location: Denver, CO (Can sit anywhere... Duration: 6 Month Contract-To-Hire Salary range: $68,640-80,000 Required Skills and Experience: -5 + years of experience as a NOC Technician -Experience with OTDR testing -Ability to create, modify and configure DWDM/SONET services (DS3 to 100GIG) -Strong communication skills to communicate with technicians on fixes -Experience with Ciena 6500, Infinera, Alcatel PSS-32/16 Job Description: Insight Global is looking for a Global Network Operations NOC III (3rd Shift) to provide advanced technical support and maintain network products and services. This role involves performing diagnostics, creating maintenance requests, and coordinating with the NCC and TAC to ensure network health. The candidate will work independently under minimal supervision and handle a variety of moderately difficult assignments requiring innovation and judgment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, vendor management, running network scripts, and providing technical guidance to staff. The position requires a minimum of five years in a service provider role, proficiency with SONET/DWDM configurations.
