This role is pivotal in supporting essential data enrichment operations for a leading healthcare client. We are seeking individuals who possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding exceptional quality... standards. Key Responsibilities • Execute and finalize enrichment tasks as specified by the client. • Manage credentialing responsibilities, including entering application data, verifying vendor resources, and confirming board certifications. • Communicate with state boards and credentialing organizations to obtain updates and verifications. • Ensure precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry guidelines. • Cross-verify information supplied by third parties using online databases. • Provide assistance with additional tasks as required. Required Skills • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Proficiency in English, with superb written and verbal communication abilities. • Capability to operate independently from a home office equipped with a reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed). Qualifications • A minimum of 6 months experience in data entry or a customer service-related role is advantageous. • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
