About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Call Center Sales and Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients from your home. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our... products and services. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in basic computer skills • Must be 16 years or older Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a call center environment • Experience in a sales role • Experience working from home Responsibilities: • Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients • Identifying customer needs and promoting our products and services • Resolving customer issues and escalating as necessary • Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Technical Requirements: • Reliable high speed wire internet connection • Download: 20 mbps minimum • Upload: 10 mbps minimum • Latency: less than 50 ms • Jitter: less than 15 ms • Personal computer that meets our minimum standards • No Mac, Chromebook, or Linux systems allowed • Processor: Intel Core i3 at 3GHz or better • Memory: 8 GB or higher • Screen Resolution: 1440x900 or better • Wired headset • Webcam Skills: As a Remote Call Center Sales and Service Representative, you will utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service and sales support for a variety of clients.
