Description:  Reddit is a community of communities...  The Core Experience team is responsible for the holistic experience across Reddit platforms...  This Group PM will be responsible for end to end execution of projects across the core experience of Reddit...  This role requires a highly empathetic and collaborative product leader...  Oversee a team of product managers to drive key outcomes for our users...  Collaborate with engineering & design to launch new experiences...  Work with our data science and user research teams to craft insights...  Seek to understand the competitive environment...  Work with various cross functional teams (Ads, Community, Product Marketing etc)...  Work with various cross functional teams (Safety, Moderation, Notifications, ML etc)... Requirements:  You have at least 2+ years of experience directly managing product managers  You have at least 6+ years of product management experience, with 3-4+ years in consumer product  You have proven... experience building product roadmaps, defining experiments and working collaboratively with design and engineering counterparts  You have shipped consumer products end to end that have delivered meaningful business results  You have strong analytical and problem solving skills, including a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the minutia.
