This is a remote position. The Data Entry Associate will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our company. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and quality of the information. Key Responsibilities: • Enter and maintain data accurately and efficiently into our systems • Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data • Organize and maintain a filing system for all data records • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness • Support data management and analysis projects as needed • Continuously identify and implement process improvements for optimal efficiency Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset • Previous experience in data entry or related fields • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills • Able to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits Our current offering provides a range of benefits that cater for your well-being and financial security.
