Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 07:00am u2013 07:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional weekends and overtime.nn*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Groupu2019s Telecommuter Policy.nnPrimary Responsibilities:nn tEnsure quality customer service for internal and external customers with focus on needs identification, problem solving and partnering with billing and eligibility specialistsn tMonitor delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolutionn tUse appropriate communication techniques when responding to customers, particularly in stressful situationsn tInform and educate new customers regarding billing/invoicing set up and billing/payment proceduresn tPlace outgoing phone calls to complete follow-up on customer service requests as necessarynnThis role is equally challenging and rewarding. Youu2019ll interact with customers continuously by phone and in writing.
