Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Expense Management Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology expense management and operations, with a proven track record of success in overseeing TEM processes and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of technology expense management operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and expense optimization. • Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline TEM processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall service delivery. • Manage a team of TEM specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and productivity. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, procurement, and vendors, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement. • Conduct regular reviews and audits of TEM processes, systems, and workflows to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards. • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process optimization, and service enhancements, and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement. • Stay abreast of industry trends, developments, and emerging technologies in technology expense management to inform strategic decision-making and innovation.
