So it would be best if the candidates lived in the Houston area... Job Title - Sr. Testing Coordinator Job Description: 15 years testing coordinator experience. Looking for a Testing Lead coordinator who will validate a testing plan and run the testing program on a large-scale ERP transformation. O&G / SAP4 Hana experience would be a plus. Jira and automated testing experience is a must have, prefer SQL for Teradata to Snowflake migration experience. Responsibilities Plan and manage the Testing strategy / approach with the ability to feed into an overarching plan. Identify dependencies / risk tied to the overarching testing plan and raise those to PMO. Manage and initiate testing logistics onsite and offsite (using a remote application). Support the preparation of the performance test environment, coordinate with team members to ensure development of materials necessary. Ability to scale alongside a fast-moving environment. Coordinate directly with team members to ensure successful completion / execution of the test plan. Tracking testing status and milestones using Jira alongside PMO Manage the delivery of the project documents and quality of deliverables for overall testing adhering to all audit requirements. Resolve and track critical issues / failures to minimize project risk factors escalate to PMO. Communicate early and often with clients, sub-contractors, and vendors to establish cordial/effective working relationship. Report on project progress and communicated relevant information to superiors and company management. Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry. Facilitates large workshops / testing sessions. Required Skills: ? 15 years work experience in Upstream, Midstream and/or Downstream oil and gas in a testing coordinator position. ? Testing Lead coordinator who will validate a testing plan and run the testing program on a large-scale ERP transformation. ? Jira and automated testing experience is a must-have, ? O&G (Oil & Gas) / SAP4 Hana experience. ? Prefer SQL for Teradata to Snowflake migration experience ? Overall large-scale testing strategy and implementation experience ? Ability to manage a large-scale engagement, including test planning and coordination alongside program BAs and PMO ? Possesses critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills ? Excellent communication skills written and verbal Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience This will be a 1-year project.
