This job is remote from anywhere in Colorado, only. Application deadline: January 9, 2025 We're seeking a motivated and experienced Principal Data Operations Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in implementing designs and standards set by the Data and Integrations Architect, and maintaining and enhancing our data platforms. In addition, you will collaborate across departments to establish efficient data and integration service consumption. Some of the key responsibilities include: • Platform and application administration, configuration, end-user management, security, patching, and upgrades. • Source code control, deployment, and release management. • Operational support, from bug fixes to major enhancements. • Drive continuous improvement and manage vendor interactions. • Automate manual processes, including code deployment and environment provisioning. Minimum Qualifications: • 8+ years experience as a Data Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role. • 1+ year experience designing, building, implementing, and maintaining data and system integrations using dimensional data modeling, ETL pipeline development, and optimization. • Experience with API lifecycle management platforms and API-led connectivity. Preferred Qualifications: • Subject matter expertise in Snowflake, Ipswitch MOVEit, Informatica, and Tableau. • Current MuleSoft certification. • Experience with columnar and relational database technologies (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL). • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and source code management tools (TFS, Git).
