FULLY REMOTE ROLE Our client, a top-tier, multinational law firm with offices in over 40 countries, is seeking an IP Legal Assistant on a FULLY REMOTE contract basis. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of PATENT PROSECUTION experience, experience filing with the USPTO as well as knowledge of USPTO rules and practices, including docketing, public/private PAIR, US prosecution and formality... requirements. Strong computer skills are required and knowledge of law firm billing programs and patent docketing software is a plus.
