Day Shift - Shop Helper | $18 - $20 per hour Are you a hands-on worker looking for a physically rewarding role? Join the team and play a key part in assembling and maintaining heavy-duty industrial equipment. We’re looking for hardworking individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute to something bigger ... Responsibilities: • Roll, prep, and install tubes in water tube and firetube boilers, ensuring systems are built tough and to last. • Handle lagging, casing, corner trim, and beauty rings for final assembly, making sure the job’s done right. • Assist with testing, including hydro and air tests, to ensure top-notch quality. • Operate saws and other tools when needed, bolting together stainless steel parts and other components. • Clean and prep materials for piping, ladders, platforms, and other key components. • Take on additional tasks as needed, working with the team to get the job done efficiently and safely. Requirements: • A strong work ethic and the ability to handle the physical demands of the job. • Ability to work with tools, saws, and bolting equipment. • Commitment to working safely and following protocols at all times. • Flexibility to pitch in wherever needed and tackle a variety of tasks.
