[PART_TIME Remote] Evening Remote Work Collector

Key Responsibilities
- Collect payments from customers over the phone or via email
- Resolve customer complaints and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer service, collections, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- High School Diploma or GED required; bilingual candidates are a plus
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $14 per hour, paid bi-weekly. This position is part-time and can be worked from home (WAh). The training schedule consists of two weeks from 7am-4pm CST, Monday-Friday, followed by three weeks with rotating shifts including one Sunday per month.
