This position involves responding to inquiries and requests from members within a 24/7 high-volume, structured contact center environment. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $19.50/hour
- Full-time schedule with overnight shifts (40 hours per week, Monday-Saturday)
- Must have a 6-day availability to work within a flexible 9.5-hour window.

- Manage a high call volume of 80-100+ calls daily
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of recent customer service experience in call center, collections, or banking preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
