Join our innovative team as a Math Instructor this summer at a 3-week residential summer camp, aimed at nurturing students' abilities in advanced problem-solving and conceptual understanding. This role is ideal for individuals excited to engage with students gearing up for math competitions in an inspiring and interactive environment. Key Responsibilities  Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that adhere to the camp's educational framework.  Cultivate a supportive and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages student collaboration and active participation.  Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.  Contribute to camp operations, including student check-in/out, managing study halls, and facilitating seminars.  Create a vibrant and enjoyable setting that fosters a love for mathematics. Required Skills  Exceptional communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.  Capacity to motivate and engage students in a fast-paced, dynamic educational setting.  A deep-seated passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. Qualifications  A Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics or a related STEM discipline. Candidates pursuing a graduate degree are encouraged to apply.  Proven experience in instructing students in grades 6-12. Familiarity with math competitions (AMC 8, 10, 12, and AIME) is advantageous.
