We are currently seeking a meticulous Remote Record Clerk to become an integral part of our collaborative team... Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update digital records in accordance with established policies and procedures. • Input data accurately into databases and spreadsheets. • Organize and classify documents for optimal access and retrieval. • Assist in generating reports and summaries from records as required. • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards for record-keeping. • Respond promptly to information requests from team members and management. • Conduct routine audits of records to verify accuracy and completeness. • Support the digital transition of physical records when applicable. • Collaborate with various departments to improve record-keeping practices. • Uphold confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Required Skills • Demonstrated experience in data entry, record keeping, or a related discipline. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with database management. • Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Capability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote environment. • Familiarity with record management software or systems is advantageous. • Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations is preferred. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or records management is beneficial.
