Job Overview We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Data Analyst III to join our dynamic team as a Data Solutions Architect. This remote position empowers you to take charge of data-driven initiatives that create substantial business impact while ensuring the integrity and functionality of our data solutions... Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and implementation of diverse data solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and comply with established technical standards. • Collaborate closely with Data Product Management, Data Governance, and IT teams to ensure that both ad hoc and point solutions adhere to data architecture guidelines. • Provide expert guidance on the integration of various data domains to develop cohesive solutions. • Oversee and direct the technical efforts of product and scrum teams to maintain the highest quality data solutions. • Develop sophisticated data pipelines, reports, and dashboards that facilitate informed decision-making across the organization. • Review solutions and work in partnership with Enterprise Data & Analytics teams to effectively deploy data visualizations and statistical analyses. • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize and scale data solutions for broader organizational usage. • Promote the implementation of solutions that enhance swift decision-making and increase opportunities for reuse of data assets. Required Skills • Proficiency in technology and a strong understanding of data solutions. • Expertise in SQL, with the ability to query large and complex datasets effectively. • In-depth experience in Data Modeling and Architecture. • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Knowledge in data profiling, statistical analysis, and data standardization techniques. • Familiarity with tools like Collibra, Informatica, and Snowflake; knowledge of Python or R is a plus. Qualifications • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or a High School diploma/GED along with 10 years of relevant experience. • At least 5 years of experience in technology with proven expertise in data solutions. • A minimum of 4 years leading complex technology initiatives and influencing organizational strategy. • At least 2 years of experience in Data Modeling and Architecture.
