This is a fantastic opportunity to work with dynamic online retailers who are harnessing the power of Instagram to drive sales and customer engagement.What You Will Be Doing:Manage direct messages on Instagram for various online businesses with large followings.Respond to inquiries related to product details, shipping rates, return policies, and other promotional information using a pre-prepared document with answers to frequently asked questions.Help enhance customer interaction and contribute to sales growth through timely and accurate responses within the Instagram app.Contract Length: Open-ended Rate: $35 per hourSkills/Background Needed:Must possess a device (phone or tablet) with access to Instagram.Ability to work independently and adhere to detailed instructions.Commitment to at least 10 hours of availability each week.A reliable internet connection is essential.Hours per Week: Flexible, starting from 10 hours with potential for more based on performance.
