Responsibilities include reviewing and processing clinical documentation, performing provider outreach, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering accurate and timely decisions aligned with Medicare guidance. This role is essential in providing best-in-class service and upholding clinical quality standards.Pharmacist – Clinical Pharmacist Advisor Medicare Schedule & Location:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts within business hours of 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) and 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST (Saturday & Sunday)
• Work type: Work From Home (WFH)
• Training: 8 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (Attendance is mandatory with no vacation time during this period)
• Post-training: Rotating weekend schedule or assigned weekend day based on business needs

Pharmacist – Clinical Pharmacist Advisor Medicare Salary/Wage:

• $50.00/HR - 55.00/hour

Pharmacist – Clinical Pharmacist Advisor Medicare Duties:Clinical Review & Decision Making:

• Review clinical information and determine appropriate action based on Medicare Part D guidelines
• Ensure timely and compliant documentation of decisions

Communication & Outreach:

• Contact providers to request additional clinical information as needed
• Communicate with patients and physicians by phone or mail for care coordination and clarification

System Navigation & Data Entry:

• Enter prescription and case information into internal systems
• Navigate multiple computer applications using a two-monitor setup
• Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and speed

Regulatory Compliance:

• Adhere to all Medicare compendia, regulatory timelines, and clinical protocols
• Support documentation in alignment with Medicare guidelines and requirements

Collaboration & Workflow:

• Work independently while contributing to a positive and productive virtual team environment
• Engage in a culture of quality, compliance, and operational efficiency

Pharmacist – Clinical Pharmacist Advisor Medicare Required Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Registered Pharmacist in state of residence (license must be current and in good standing)
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience (retail or hospital preferred)
• Proficient in data entry and navigating multiple applications/screens
• Comfortable working independently and meeting productivity metrics
• Positive and engaged attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Must have a quiet, private home workspace with no interruptions
• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload (screenshot from required on resume)

Pharmacist – Clinical Pharmacist Advisor Medicare Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit and focus for the full duration of assigned shifts

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
