- Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry software
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of Symplr software is preferred
- Communication – communicates clearly and concisely
- Interpersonal skills – able to work effectively with other employees
- PC skills – demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and others as required.
- Document Imaging - demonstrates proficiency in document imaging.
- Policies & Procedures – demonstrates knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures and systems.
- Basic skills – able to perform basic punctuate properly and spell correctly.
- Promotes the facility mission, vision and values by effectively communicating them to others. Considers mission, vision and values in developing services, standards and practices
- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into the company’s database and systems.
- Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies or discrepancies.
- Sort, organize, and file physical and digital documents as needed.
- Scan physical file and upload document to Symplr software.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency.
