Data Entry Specialist - Remote / Entry Level

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Position Summary: The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately keying applications into the Affinity database.** Duties and Responsibilities: ? Key paper applications into the Affinity database ? Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy ? Assisting the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed ? Assisting when needed with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members ? Work with management to address/suggest any systematic opportunities/issues Education and Work Experience: ? High School Diploma, college preferred ? 1-3 years of related experience Knowledge and Skills: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position. ? Must maintain highest level of Confidentiality at all times. ? Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) ? Excellent interpersonal skills ? Proficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office ? Ability to multi-task, follow up and meet deadlines ?
