The work our team does directly impacts the employee experience and provides a framework for various programs. You’ll get the chance to finetune and develop your project management, communication, and Leadership Dashboard development skills. In this role, you may work on: Research, develop and document process flows Dashboard development Partner on the development of a communications library and associated training materials Review existing processes for potential automation using the latest generative AI tools Majors/Concentrations we’re looking for: Open to all majors Emphasis in consulting or project management is desired Skills and Experience: Project Management Experience developing communication plans Research, develop and document process flows Strong data analytics acumen Experience developing dashboards Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite Well-organized and able to prioritize Self-motivated quick learner able to hold oneself accountable to tasks – willingness to learn and adapt Demonstrated success in a cross functional environment High energy/enthusiastic candidates who possess a proactive and driven personality, demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving goals and surpassing expectations Strategic thinker with intellectual curiosity This is a remote position with a preference for Dallas, TX, to attend in-person meetings on occasion. #LI-Remote May require a background check due to job duties requiring routine access to DIRECTV and DIRECTV customer’s proprietary data. Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction will be considered for employment in accordance with local ordinances and state law. 10 week internship program. 6/2/25 - 8/8/25 or 6/16/25 - 8/22/25.
