We need a Reddit-savvy community leader who can:

✅ Recover & restore bans – Work with Reddit admins and appeal any issues if needed.

✅ Grow the subreddit strategically – Drive real engagement, discussion, and organic growth while avoiding bot-like behavior that gets flagged.

✅ Create engagement strategies – Ensure daily activity, user-generated content, and natural discussions.

✅ Protect the community from spam & brigading – Keep our space valuable and respected on the platform.

Deep Reddit experience – You’ve moderated large subs before and understand what triggers bans and how to avoid them.

Growth strategist – You know how to get a subreddit trending while keeping engagement real.

Skilled at user engagement – You can craft compelling discussion prompts and get people talking naturally.

Knows how to appeal bans – Whether through mod messages or Reddit admins, you know how to fix issues fast.
