Remote/Hybrid Customer Service/Dispatch 1st Shift

WORK FROM HOME -Must reside in the Northwest Arkansas area

Will be working from home during training, with the potential to be promoted to hybrid role once fully training. Once hybrid, would work 1-2 days/week in office and 2-3 days/week remote - pay increase once hybrid. Will have to work weekends, and holidays, but you will get 2 days off during the week. This is a Full-time position.

LARGE TIRE COMPANY HIRING FOR 1st SHIFT

1ST SHIFT HOURS ARE ANYWHERE FROM 3AM-7PM. 8.5 HOUR SCHEDULES WILL BE CHOSEN DURING WITHIN TIME FRAME.

Pay is $13 an hour + benefits after 45 days!

High volume call center needing dependable, self-starters, who are willing to work as a call-center agent from home! Dispatchers are highly professional, courteous, and friendly while gathering and providing information to customers and vendors all while following a script.

What are the requirements necessary for this position?

HS Dip/GED; Available to work weekends and all holidays. Must have all needed equipment (laptop, dual monitors, headset, etc.) prior to start date; High speed internet capabilities We do not supply equipment

Must be present during all training hours. You may not miss in the first 30 days of employment.
