Job Description: CRM Data Migration Specialist
We are looking for an experienced CRM Data Migration Specialist to assist with the end-to-end migration of data from Pipeline CRM to HubSpot. This role requires expertise in field mapping, data integrity, and integration setup to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete Data Migration: Execute a full data migration, including People, Companies, Deals, and Tasks, ensuring all fields are accurately mapped from Pipeline CRM to HubSpot.
Pipeline & Integrations Setup: Configure HubSpot pipelines and integrate key tools such as Gong, website forms, and other third-party applications to align with business workflows.
Documentation & Handover: Provide a detailed migration document outlining field mapping, process steps, and key configurations. Conduct a handover walkthrough to ensure a seamless transition for the internal team.
Requirements:
Proven experience with CRM data migration (Pipeline CRM, HubSpot)
Strong understanding of field mapping, data integrity, and automation
Experience with third-party integrations (Gong, website forms, etc.)
Ability to document processes clearly and provide training/support
