Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Philippine-based candidates only) Location: Remote Shift: 5 PM to 9 PM PH Time Client: UK Salary: PHP 20,000 to 25,000 per month About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team and assist with personal tasks, branding initiatives, content creation, basic bookkeeping, and invoicing. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Assistance: Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Executive Assistance: Assist with various executive tasks such as preparing reports, managing email correspondence, and handling confidential information.
  • Branding: Support branding initiatives by assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
  • Basic Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, process expenses, and assist with financial reporting.
  • Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, follow up on outstanding payments, and manage accounts receivable.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
  • Experience with branding and content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and invoicing procedures.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with clients in the UK.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
