Feedback & Improvements:
Provide actionable feedback to management regarding customer concerns, trends, and potential areas of improvement in our services or processes.-
Training Participation:
Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on new services, policies, and procedures, ensuring that your knowledge remains current and relevant.-
Time Management:
Effectively manage your schedule and workload to meet performance metrics and provide timely responses to customers.-

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or live chat support role.-
Education:
