Job Description

• Cultivates relationships with potential customers via networking, referrals and cold calling.
• Develops relationships to understand a client's needs.
• Meets or exceeds sales quotas.

Education and Experience Requirements

• An associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related major is preferred.
• At least 5 years of employee benefits sales experience is preferred.
• NY State Health Insurance License, current and in good standing
