As a Medical Support Chat Agent, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and healthcare providers. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility of working either virtually or in our office.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide professional and compassionate chat support to patients and healthcare providers- Ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries regarding medical services and appointments- Communicate with patients to collect necessary medical information- Collaborate with healthcare providers to schedule appointments and facilitate care coordination- Monitor and respond to chat queues in a timely manner- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution- Maintain accurate records of chat interactions within our system- Adhere to all regulations and HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentialityQUALIFICATIONS:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Proficient with technology, including chat platforms and medical software- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records- Compassionate and able to provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providersWORK ENVIRONMENT:This position offers the flexibility to work either virtually or in our office.
