• Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to help clients achieve their goals.
• Complete timely documentation (diagnoses, progress notes, treatment plans).
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to bridge gaps in mental health care.
• Consult with external providers (PCPs, psychiatrists, etc.) as needed.
• Attend and participate in bi-weekly case consultations, monthly clinic meetings, and supervision.
• Use creative interventions to help clients progress.

Qualifications✔ Master’s degree or higher in behavioral sciences or a related field. ✔ Licensed to practice therapy in Michigan (LMSW/LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP, etc.). ✔ Limited License (LLMSW) candidates considered with at least one year of post-graduate outpatient experience. ✔ Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation. ✔ Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. ✔ Knowledge of HIPAA standards and commitment to client confidentiality. ✔ Ability to set and maintain healthy professional boundaries. ✔ Comfort working with diverse clients and colleagues. ✔ Bonus: Post-grad training in evidence-based practices (DBT, CBT, EMDR, etc.). ✔ Bonus: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Office, Outlook, Teams). ✔ Bonus: A great sense of humor—because we love to laugh!Not sure if you meet every requirement?
