Job title: Region Support Specialist in Waukesha, WI at GE HealthCare Company: GE HealthCare Job description: Job Description Summary This role essentially is responsible for accurate and timely billing for Non-Contract / HBS services.The successful candidate will need to reside in the United States supporting the East Coast Time Zone standard day shift work hours.If you reside within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI, you will be required to go into the office 3 days a week. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Responsible for accurate and timely billing for Non-Contract / HBS servicesValidate / capture all Purchase Orders for PO required customers to include the amount, bill to address and contact informationReview for OT compliance entitlements and bill with the correct ratesCheck for any Warranty / EOSL for each assetEnsure all information is accurate and complete for legal complianceMake any manual adjustments for missing rate listsResearch all Entitlements and verify for Contract customers within Siebel and ensure all are applied correctlyPartner with the Region teams to include the MSD’s, ASL’s, and Field Engineers to ensure debriefs are completed and all information is accurate on all Service RequestsEnsures all Multi-Vendor billing is accurate with billing rates (flat / % increase) and all attachments are completeCompletes verification for reports quarterly in APPTUS 6.0 Monitoring for all pool related accountsWorks on all Cryogen related outages and ensures proper billing to customersVerifies all Discount and Concession approvals prior to closing out any Service RequestsEngages in billable calls / coffee breaks to review aged Service Requests, driving completion to close and bill to our customersRequired Qualifications:High school diploma/GED and a minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: customer service, order management, billing, project management, process management or related experience.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Desired Qualifications:Experience with Siebel CRMAdaptable to working in a changing work environment.Strong team player.Ability to work well with others and willing to support team members.Ability to work from home in a dedicated office space, free from distraction with a high-speed internet connection.We expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust; lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership - always with unyielding integrity.Our total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
