  • Mobile device management (iPhone and phone application management via mobile device manager [Airwatch MDM]).
  • Voalte Mobile application support.
  • Voalte Nurse Call application support.
  • Connexall product support.
  • Rauland of Florida nurse call application support.
  • Patient monitor application support (Capsule, Philips, Spacelabs)
  • Device integration including IV Pumps.
  • Remote temperature monitoring Temptrak application support.
  • Supply Scan application support.
  • Real time location services (RTLS) Centrak product and application support.
Responsibilities:
  • Finding resolutions to reportable issues (Break/fix).
  • Addressing hospital wide requests for supported applications.
  • System maintenance: Application and server upgrades and patch updates.
  • User access management.
  • Helping leaders with reports and audits.
  • Ensuring proper use of system, and assisting with any training or workflow needs.
Growth:o
  • Future opportunity for Epic cross training and support after mastery of device integration systems.
Experience needed:
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • No required certifications or degrees. On the job training will be provided.
  • Preferred experience with customer service.
  • User access management.
  • Product knowledge of: Apple, Iphone, Voalte, Connexall, Nurse Call, Patient monitors.
