Freelance Technical Writer

Committed to building the next generation of 100% software-based mobile networks, ng-voice is creating innovative mobile infrastructure solutions and making them accessible for operators and enterprises that want to deploy future-proof networks.  To support our exponential growth, we are looking for a Freelance Technical Writer (m/f/d) to support us for a limited period.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for ng-voice’s IMS solutions
• Enable telco operators, system integrators, developers, and operations engineers to understand, deploy, and manage our products effectively
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams
• Ensure all technical content is accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with customer needs

Our ideal new colleague

• Produce and maintain user guides, API documentation, installation manuals, release notes, and internal technical content.
• Work with SMEs (subject matter experts) across engineering, product, and QA to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.
• Develop tutorials, troubleshooting guides, and configuration examples to improve customer onboarding and issue resolution.
• Ensure all documentation follows ng-voice’s standards for clarity, style, and structure.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training materials.
• Continuously improve documentation based on user feedback, product changes, and best practices.
