Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We're creating what Cursor is to coding and Replit is to development environments, but for SaaS data connectors. We're small, US-based, profitable, and building something people actually need instead of chasing investor buzzwords.

We need a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can own projects completely and ship quality code that works. This is a full-time, remote position available now for someone who wants to build something real.

• Build and own key features using TypeScript/Effect, React, Node, and Postgres

• Solve genuine technical challenges that frustrate real users every day

• Work directly with founders to shape both product and technical decisions

• Deploy across Azure and Google Cloud without unnecessary complexity

• Write code that ships to customers, not to appease a corporate roadmap

• Proven builder: You've created your own projects or products and know what it takes to ship

• TypeScript craftsperson: You write code that's clean, typed, and maintainable

• React skills: You build UIs that make sense and don't get in the user's way

• Functional programming: You value code that's predictable and composable

• Problem solver: You dig into messy problems and emerge with clear solutions

• AI-smart: You use AI tools to code better and faster, not as a crutch

• Self-directed: You identify what needs doing and make it happen

• 100% remote

• Working in/near US time zones (UTC -3 to -9)

• Clear communication in English
